Mi Casa Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Pinehurst

SERIOUSLY about 6 cars this big dodge truck with Exhaust a Silver Jeep kept blasting and honking their horns like immature teenagers last night out there by the dumpsters with the others all of them drinking and then getting behind the wheel WHY do the employees of this place think it’s funny to hold parties out back by the dumpsters around 11 -11:30 pm ish out there drinking beer and blasting music and screaming at the top of their lungs right by our apartment complex the cops have been called multiple times and every time they peel out in there cars just before the cops get there but Pinehurst said they would keep an eye on them . I’ve never eaten at this place and I won’t ever because of how childish the employees act they have gone as far as to throw beer bottles on the ground and breaking them and one night they peeled out and were chasing each other in their cars and they almost rear ended each other acting like fools I was shocked at how drunk they all were they were so close to getting caught the police pulled up like a minute after they had left they got lucky ... What kind of people do you hire ? There’s nothing wrong with having fun when you get off work but why do you sit behind your place of employment and drink alcohol and get behind the wheel and risk others life’s and blast that music so loud multiple people at this apartment have called Pinehurst and made reports About this issue and they are onto them about this foolishness ... I have photos and recordings of it all and tonight it was what appeared to be an Older Mustang and two other vehicles I will insert the photos when I call the manager tomorrow and videos and if the management doesn’t want to do anything about it I will call whomever is above him every time they wake us up being foolish we’re videotaping and writing down license plate numbers and car models now seriously GROW UP like Yall aren’t at a night club ... go home and party or to a club and quit being reckless and partying at your JOBS one girl in the mustang I saw had a beer in her hand and got behind the wheel with it these are the people you hire 🙄👀 #WatchingYall...

My name is Kayla, I am From Louisiana. I very recently moved to Texas.. I tried this Restaurant. My husband and I both got food poisoning. We went and ate there again 2 weeks later and ordered something different, same thing happened. My husband's shrimp had a disgusting smell . We paid and left a tip, even though my husband didn't even eat and we left there and went somewhere else. I got a margarita and asked for sugar on the rim, I honestly believe they gave me a dirty glass someone had before me with salt. It was all wet and thick. And I got bad sick for a week after that. Also I used to work there, for only 2 weeks, those folks are not people you wonna work with, they are very RUDE. They also screwed me over on my paycheck. Took them a whole month to even get my paycheck ready. I worked well over 35 hours and only got paid for 35 hours. I quit for MANY reasons. I do not recommend this restaurant. They don't give you a schedule. I got off at 3pm and he said call tonight at 10 if not i assume you quit. I called.. just to be told be here in the morning to open. I have children. They could have told me at 3 oclock when I got off so I could make arrangements for my kids. I pay for daycare but this was during the weekend. The Management is horrible. The girls are "mean girls". They don't keep people long and I see exactly why now. Its constant drama up there between the workers. Literally 2 of the managers going at it...Many of my customers even complained to me about several things. Me being new there I said im so sorry ill let my boss know..I told my boss and the manager that was there that day ,and he just said okay and didn't acknowledge anything. And the manager doesn't even know what shes doing.. The prices of that stuff is not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is seriously ridiculous and need to get...

08/02/2024 Let’s begin with this was my first time in a while getting service like this at Mi Casa. Gigi our waitress started off good but then it seems like we just were forgotten about. Idk if it was bc my stepdaughter found a hair in her food (we didn’t want anything free just remade, there was never an apology) or if it was the table OPD that came in and she wanted to put all of her focus on them or was it bc we were the only table of black patrons in her section let along the whole building. We weren’t asked if we needed refills of our water or sodas, I had to holler out ma’am when she got through bussing another table just to order another margarita, we were asked once maybe twice once we ordered our appetizers then when she came back to take our entree order and the food was brought out she came once. She walked by our table checking on everyone around us but just walked all over us!! They can look on the cameras they have to see.
