Smoothie King — Restaurant in West Orange

4/25/24 Update - Their drive thru sign is still dilapidated. The menu insert is in place, but the housing is all jacked. It's such a turnoff. My smoothie (Daily Warrior) was runny, thin, and missing ingredients today... 🙄. This is the ONLY smoothie king even remotely close. I simply do not understand why this owner does not take better care of his business and structure. Their computer system does scan the app now, so that's a positive.

Original - This store is declining quickly. The drive thru menu has been broken and partly missing for months. Their computer system is always broke and doesn't scan the app for payments. The paint is fading on the store. It takes nearly 15 - 30 minutes to go through the line (even if there are no other vehicles in front of you).

Extremely rude employees who obviously need more customer service training. Was cursed out and even threatened to be physically harmed by an employee all because she got upset that her job wasnt done right and i spoke up about it. No time to leave details. Just know that if you have a problem with this employee, you will be cursed out and threatened. Also.. I have tried to get in touch with management and there...

We arrived at the Orange location at 8:50. Had to honk the horn for the person to come on the speaker. We went to order and she kept repeating we close in 5 minutes. So we tried to place our order and she said it would take longer than usual since they had put everything up already! Needless to say we didn’t stay where we weren’t wanted. Won’t go back again. If your hours are until 9:00 you should take...
