This is worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a chair over four months ago. Every time I try to get a ship date, it takes several attempts to get someone to answer a phone call or an email. When I finally did get a response, they promised to deliver it weeks ago and it never arrived and now no one will respond to my inquiries about it.
