and so I went in for a full highlight walked out with orange hair breakage and cost me $400 I was not satisfied I contacted Adam Adam told me that there’s nothing he can do after I spoke with his stylist and Stylist told me to come back in and he’ll fix whatever it is that he mistakenly did I did not ask for my money back only to fix the issue Adam gave me a very hard time and then at the end of it that Stylist doesn’t even work there anymore I had to go give an additional $250 somewhere else to fix the mistakes that the salon has done I’ve never been so upset about my hair in my whole entire life everything for Adam is about money money money doesn’t care about making the customer happy he tried to prove points with me through DM telling me that he’s not gonna fix it and that I’m crazy and my hair looks great how can you tell me when I should like and shouldn’t like i’ve been bright blonde for over 10 years this has been the worst...
