Burger King quality at upscale restaurant prices. It gets a few stars for being a vegan place and for using eco-friendly straws, but they have a serious issue with messing up orders and of serving food that should have been tossed out (rice that could crack your teeth, potatoes that are hours and hours overdone, etc). Additionally, upon substantially screwing up my to-go order today (according to Mia, the cook Jesse "must have been confused by the modifications" of 'avocado and sauces on the side, no pico, and swap sausage for chicken' which is why he gave me no black beans, no sauces, and no avocado?), they demanded I walk back through the rainstorm to prove my food was uneaten/ un-enjoyed in order to get a refund. I had eaten nothing all day, so at nearly 3pm, this conversation with Mia was so ridiculous and aggravating. She failed to provide me with the manager's direct contact info, so I'm writing here. The convenience of Meraki was one of the reasons I was so excited to live in this area, but they have made too many bad choices so they won't be receiving my business and gratuities for the foreseeable future.

We found this place online, just looking for somewhere to eat that caters to those who are vegan. The location is very nice. They do have a section outside to eat and relax. Seems pretty comfy but we opted to stay inside and eat. My boyfriend ordered a bowl and I ordered chick'n and waffles. I never had vegan chick'n and waffles so I couldn't wait. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal, I did too. The only thing is that there were a lot of burnt pieces in my meal. It wasn't where I couldn't enjoy the meal, and the flavor was there, but the person cooking did over do it on some pieces. I know to get the crisp right is a hit or miss, but next time, I would like it to be a hit. Also, it wasn't spicy even tho that's the description, but no stars taken for that as they did apologize and say that most guest complained it was too spicy so they stopped making it the way they used to. These guests order spicy and then complain smh 🙄. They did give me hot sauce on the side, so that was good. The waffles and their juice was great! We will be back again whenever we visit the area as overall it was good!

We visited during the lunch hour on Monday and Tuesday. Jada (who provided stellar customer service throughout our first visit!) informed us that all of the sweets and baked goods in the display case were, in fact, vegan! Jada also helpfully recommended a substitute for one of the menu items that was only partially available (Mushroom "Chicken" and Waffles). It was a mostly sunny day, so we decided to dine outside, and Jada kindly made sure that everything was clean and dry for us! I had the vegan Belgian waffles and cashew ice cream, my wife ordered the avocado toast and we shared a power bowl. We also bought a few of the desserts. Everything was so very good! ☺️ During our next visit, I finally had the full C&W dish - excellent! We also tried two of their green juices, which were great! Dining at Meraki made for an excellent addition to our WPB getaway!

First visit to the Downtown WPB Meraki Juice Kitchen on Fern Street. Lovely, calm and open feel from the exterior to the interior despite the construction across the street and soaring temperatures thanks to the well appointed exterior greenery, sculpture and natural materials leading into the interior of crisp whites, sky blue and high ceiling promoting an airy feeling of entering sky and clouds through design elements. Food was well prepared, deliciously combined and beautifully presented; in addition to the Mexican Bowl main course, I tasted a Billionare Bite and a late morning complimentary (with purchase) coffee. The service was attentive and responsive, graciously transitioning through the quiet and busy moments. Very satisfying and pleasant place to really nourish the body. Complaints? I could not try one of each menu and bakery item so, gladly, I will...
