We went in to purchase a headboard. Cody approached and asked if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what was available. He didn't pressure us or follow us around. He always found the answers to our questions. We ended up purchasing a headboard, footboard, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, a swivel chair for our bedroom, 5 new barstools, a couch, loveseat, chair, end table, new dining table and 6 chairs. After we got home, I realized we didn't have room for the the night stands we bought. I called and Cody helped me switch them out for smaller ones in the same suite that would fit. Then while the delivery team Joey and Zerek were here we realized that the love seat and couch were not going to fit in our living room and after several calls with Cody with decided on another chair instead and some lamps and decorative items. Cody is so personable, kind and professional. He was so helpful without being a pushy salesman. He felt like a friend. The delivery team was amazing as well. I cannot say enough about how their great happy attitude and how well they worked together. They were super professional and knew exactly what they were doing and got it done quickly. They were extremely personable as well.

We are new to the area and went in to pick out furniture for the home we were closing on. When we placed the order they said everything would be delivered by the 3rd or 4th week in August. I followed up on 8/15 as we closed on our house and they said it would be the last week of August or 1st week of September. Called the 1st week of September they said the tv stand would not be in until the end of September which I said was unacceptable. They said I couldn't cancel my order although the Ashley in Springfield had everything in stock. Finally got a hold of the manager the next day and he said he could get us everything but the tv stand the following week which was acceptable. The then came to deliver the tv stand this week only to find out it was damaged and missing pieces. Feel like they strive to get the sale and then the follow up and continue to push the delivery date further back. Feel as though they are very misleading and since they aren't owned by Ashley their service in lacking. Would never order from them again and would just go to the...

I have worked with Cody West at Ashley in West Plains for at least 3 different purchases since they opened. He’s always been incredibly helpful, and I absolutely LOVE the couch that I got from there. When it was first delivered, one of the wood framing pieces inside of the chaise part of it was broken (not to any fault of the delivery guys). One of the delivery guys noticed it first and pointed it out. Right then, they took pictures of it and contacted whoever needed to be contacted to get a replacement for it. They allowed me to keep the broken chaise while waiting for the new one to arrive, so I wasn’t without part of my couch. I had the new piece in one week, and it was easy for them to switch it out. I just ordered new furniture for my Mom, as she is moving into an assisted living center. Cody was kind and helpful while we were there looking at options, and he arranged to have it all delivered to her new apartment in the assisted living center, all within this upcoming week.
