Circle C&K Clothing and Western Store — Local services in West Plains

If you live in West Plains you probably don’t need a review of C&K but I’m gonna give one anyway. I live 4 states away now but was there for a few days and wanted a pair of Silverado boots that are hard to find (because they’re made in the USA) They sell those boots but didn’t have my size in stock while I was there. I special ordered a pair and they agreed to ship them to me. When those boots were backordered through the manufacturer, they called and asked what I wanted to do. I chose a different color and they had them in the store in less than a week. When they arrived in the store they called so I could pay for them and give them my shipping address. A few days later they were on my doorstep. All in all it was a great experience with C&K and I am happily wearing made in America boots today. Thank you...

The selection and prices were good. Hiwever, the customer service was horrible. Not one of the sales associates acknowledged we were there. One worker was too busy on her personal cell phone to notice we needed assistance. We left without purchasing anything and will not return. Customer service speaks volumes with a business. I'll gladly pay more where there's outstanding...

Thank you for shipping! We live far away and when we needed new overalls for our son, this was the only place we could find that had boys overalls. We called, told them his size, they took payment over the phone, calculated shipping very quickly and boom... overalls in the mail....
