Jamba — Restaurant in West Sacramento

I have never been to this Jamba Juice located in West Sacramento, but my parents and I decided to go there for the first time today. As we approached the place, I tried opening the door at 7:34 p.m, but it was locked. Then I saw 2 gentlemen there and I looked through the window at them pointing at the times written to them, but they were putting everything away and closing. They saw us, looked uncomfortable because I'm sure they realized that they closed the place a little too soon and started laughing for some reason... My father also tried opening the door, and it was for sure locked. We stood there just to check if they would be willing to let us in and we would've definitely given them a tip if they did... but obviously they were just ignoring us so we left. But It said they close at 8:00p.m on Tuesdays on the sign, however it was only 7:34 p.m when we checked the door, and it was already locked. They obviously don't care about the owners business. This happened on 08/16/2022 at 7:34 PM. If this place closes sooner than 8 pm, I apologize for this bad review and I hope you update the times...

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the morning crew.On Tuesday 12/10 between 9:45AM-9:55AM the two ladies working that shift were and are awesome.I encountered a minor technical error with my order and attempted a quick pickup on my way to work.My shift started at 10AM.Instead of dismissing me and ushering me away they provided a gentle act of care and kindness. Because of their consideration I intend on continuing to primarily visit this location and I encourage all smoothie enthusiasts to stop through and order some drinks and food as well.For all the non-smoothie enthusiasts I would encourage you as well to make an exception, temporarily abandon your non-enthusiasim for smoothies and the like, and roll through at least once...maybe even twice if not more if the first experience goes well.Special thanks to those ladies once again and to whomever made the wise decision to add them...

No smoothie there wows me. Not worth the money.

I have tried so many, many of their smoothies on their menu and some on their secret menu and yet nothing their wows me. It has made me feel so bad that I have went their so many times just to find something that I like now and forever. I have tried their 100% guarantee policy thing, so they had to keep making me smoothies, but I don't want to make them use up so may ingredients. I also didn't want to wait their all day just for a smoothie to make me feel better.

Their smoothies just don't taste good to me and I don't know why people go there????
