Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in West Sacramento

WATCH YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT STATEMENTS. I haven't ordered from here in over a year because they just overcharge people and rarely give coupons. Last week I called in for a large pizza for takeout and had a coupon. Went to pick up my pizza and got hit for $28 with the coupon. Couldn't figure out what happened until a couple days later my neighbors started posting on Next Door that they got hit with a new convenience fee of $3.00 for using plastic. Then another neighbor got hit for $40 for his delivered. We are all finding this out the hard way. They do not tell you about the fee unless you catch them. If you catch them they explain the fee is for using plastic. In one case they returned the money only after it was noticed. My family is through with this place and it looks like many others have had it too. One suggestion is to pay with cash and get a receipt. Watch your statements if you use plastic here. They need to stick to their slogan "The Last Honest Pizza" if they expect to survive. My son used to work at Round Table and they used to take pride in their food and establishment... Last week we ordered the triple play pepperoni pizza with wings for delivery for $30 including tip.The food took over and hour and a half to arrive and was COLD/UNEDIBLE. I called and spoke with management. He put my name in a book to replace our meal after appologizing.Last night we decided to visit this location to eat dinner to make sure our food was HOT. I was not impressed at all!! We Ordered a salad, chicken and bacon pasta and two orders of wings. The pizza was hot and correct this time however, our pasta was COLD. I had to send it back to the kitchen. The salad bar wad filthy and LOW. We never received our wings until we were ready to leave. The lobby, booths, tables and napkin dispensers were DISGUSTING! I can honestly say that we will NEVER eat at this establishment again!! What made me the most upset is that I got sick from eating there and the morning after, I still feel...

I've ordered from this place quite often for the last six years. Tonight will be the last time I order from them. I was able to deal with them forgetting dipping sauces on most orders... That was annoying, but not enough to deter me from ordering from them. However, tonight I ordered a pizza with extra sauce only to find that there was practically no sauce on it... As if they mistaked "extra" for "light". I called the store and spoke to the manager, and politely explained what happened and she offered to make me another pizza the way I wanted it and one size up for free. When I picked it up and brought it home, I saw that they literally poured on the sauce to the point where it was oozing out and making a huge mess. You go to pick up a slice and all the toppings slid off and pizza sauce spilled off the pizza. If I didn't know any better, I'd think that was done out of spite!
