Was in last week, 2nd time in about 3 months I asked the sales person at the front desk if this store was closing (she said no), the store was so bare! I understand about Covid but it really looks bad. The windows had ZERO displays. Is this store under new management, by chance? The sales woman was not very friendly. Usually, they would greet you when you entered the store, seeing I was the only one in the store, you would think they would notice. I asked the sales person how long a particular sale was going on and was given the sigh of “well aren’t you a P.I.A” and she called someone else to get a “maybe” answer. I’ve noticed a substantial price increase on Kirkland’s goods lately, which could be due to Covid. I hope (but doubt) prices will go back to normal again soon. It saddens me to see this happening at Exton Kirkland’s because I’ve purchased a lot of items there since...

Jamie was so nice and helpful. I was in the store and she answered all my questions and went over the promotions with me. She even gave me her number to call her with any questions about the sale they had going on or about the items I was looking at. She got right back to me and is so helpful.
