I came in at about 7:45 but I had to do some major research on some of the things I wanted so it wasn’t an in and out type of shopping trip. I actually ended up closing the store being the last one there because I can only go and do errands super late at night because of my work situation. But the associates there couldn’t have been more helpful. They were kind courteous didn’t seem upset with me, which is a refreshing change even though I had everything coming to me you know they stayed a little bit after nine when they closed and I feel terrible about that but like it’s just nice, I work in a place where we do not. All push people out baseman money you know like I know yes there’s a Closing Time course however, you know you want to make your field and your customers feel welcome and good and not like you know bad about like women shop there together to labor they really really really need to actually purchased things that they came. Therefore, however I was still completely in the wrong and I appreciate so much how how kind they were tonight you have no idea like that is not easy to come by these days at most places so, I really want to thank them once again I don’t know if they will ever read this but I know their names are kate, I believe April and there was a third person that I actually didn’t deal with. She might’ve been in the back I want to thank her too, and I know I pushed their night back so believe me I know that’s a lot when. Bought items 250 dollars worth cars got declined money was in my account ran the card again cashier said card got declined again when I’m fact the money was taken out my account show them my statement they refused to give me the items I bought or a refund bank can’t do nothing since it already was posted to my account not only did they basically steal my money didn’t even bother on giving me a refund..
