Miceli's Furniture — Local services in Westerly

1st time posting for a business. A+++ Service. Family owned business with outstanding customer service. We purchased a floor model dining table and chair set from Joe Miceli but we were not local and could not pick it up for 4 weeks. Joe had no problem holding the table for us. When I arrived with my trailer a few weeks later Joe disassembled the table and helped carry and and pack the table & chair set for the long drive. He even got a broom and swept out my trailer because it has some debris in it! I mentioned to Joe that I appreciated all the packing material and bubble wrap he used to protect the table since I was packing up my home for a move. He then gave me all the bubble wrap I could fit in my Honda...

Well I went to the store to ask the sales lady if she took layaway then anouther costemer arrived in the store and he didn't excuse her self from me its like because I ask about lay a way I will never buy from you guys I felt in silted I much rather go to cardys there costemers service. Skills are much better and they street me with respect zero stars is what you deserve I'm on Ssi disability. You street me like crap. I'm going to tell every one don't go there you to expencive any way you can go to cardys and spend a lot less over all I'll never visit but if I desire to stop buy you won't no who I am sicerly...

I just had a wonderful buying experience at Miceli's. Before going there I thought it would be some pricey "High St" store. I was wrong. The prices are just as good, if not better than the big chain stores. Joe Miceli helped me look for a bed and mattress. And he gave me plenty of time alone to try them out, which I appreciated. Two hours later, he was in front of my house with my bed and mattress in the back of his own pickup truck. Talk about service!!! Miceli's will always be my first stop when buying furniture....
