This review is several years old. My feelings haven't changed about Matt or the staff. All outstanding. Still chasing the cat. I don't know how it appears as a new review. As a disabled senior citizen, I fell chasing a neighbor's rotten cat invading my property with a rabbit in its mouth and now I have to get a shot in my knee every four months, which adds to my previous disability. I have to constantly clean up dead remains as well as cat droppings due to the invasion. I went to Univ. Orth. and they are Outstanding In the past, I have been told these shots are very painful, nothing like what I live through every day due to my fall and previous disabilities. I didn't feel anything and have been told by others receiving the same shot that Matt Willard must be outstanding at what he does since I don't feel any pain. He is caring, knowledgeable, and goes over and above to make me feel comfortable during the procedure. Words cannot express how outstanding he is at his field. The rest of the staff there are also wonderful. Why should disabled seniors have to be tortured and abused by inconsiderate neighbors and they have to suffer every day morning, noon, and night by invading cats. This is definitely elder abuse and no one does anything to help them. This invasion has to stop. Dogs can't roam freely, why...

The office staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Appointments always run on time. Dr.Kleinhenz has the best bedside manner of any physician or surgeon I have ever seen.
