Really difficult review for me because I've gone to this big y for 40 years. However it needs to be left. Ordered large platter for my mom's post funeral gathering for around 30 people. Ordered it in detail with very nice associate. Went into detail, chose time range for next day. Was going to pre pay because we were unsure of we would have time but didnt have final total...no problem. Went to pick it up...NO ORDER. Nothing put in by whoever I talked to. Called them back to try and resolve...nightmare! Associate trying to go into all the details literally while the priest was doing the service. I was floored that they could screw this up. I promptly just said cancel the order that apparently was never ordered. They had my name and number, I figured the manager would at least call me back to at least apologize for their mistake. No call! You guys wrecked the post service. Zero stars! Now going...

The other young gentleman working there was very nice, greeted me, but she came storming over to me âwhat do you needâ and giving me an incredible amount of attitude for no reason. I told her i was there to pick up and order and she just had to complain the order app wasnt on and was making rude facial expressions and throwing her hands up. I told her what i was there for and all she had to do was say âim sorry we didnt get the order its going to be a little bitâ instead of giving attitude and being extremely u friendly. This is not the first time ive had this bad interaction with her, everyone else Iâve interacted with at this big y has been amazing but she has always been so rude, i know to never order or pick up from seafood...
   Read moreI stopped in this morning to pick up a few things I had some bottles to return they werenât accepted even know they were bought at that store The customer service rep and I use that term loosely because she wasnât very nice her name is Cher proceeded to tell me That she wasnât taking the bottles at the courtesy counter because there was too many so she sent me out to the bottle area with someone else who is not helpful and so I came back in and asked her to take my bottles at the desk she proceeded to throw them into a bag with a lot of vigor and just meanfulness Now if you just make sure that the bottle machines would actually take the bottles you selll I wouldnât of had to go through this today arm I am very upset but the...
