United States Postal Service — Local services in Westfield

Westfield, MA has the absolute worst post office ever. All of the clerks are incredibly slow and rude. If you that miserable, quit and give the job to someone who appreciates it. When I complained to the postmaster his reply was "if you don't like the clerks, don't come here". Really???? Unfortunately I already paid for a mailbox for a year and he wouldn't refund my money so I have to go there. I would LOVE to never see their faces again, trust me, but that's not an option. If I knew you can get a P.O. box anywhere, I would have gotten one in Southwick where I currently go to ship all of my packages. They are incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. This is the way things should be! It's funny, the reason the clerks in Westfield have been so irritated with me all these years is cause I had too many packages to send. Well careful what you wish for, there will be a machine doing your job in no time. I can't wait until they all no longer have a job. They certainly do not deserve the ones...

Edit: after expressing my concern I received a call from the acting postmaster David. He went out of his way to talk to me for 20 minutes on his personal cell phone and made me feel valued and addressed my concerns. Also a big shout out to Ryan the supervisor who has also gone above and beyond just to be pleasant and accommodating

Absolutely terrible service. I have been hung up on and talked to rudely by both supervisors zack etc. I was told that the mail carrier would get to me when he gets to me. We run a business where they pick up our packages every day and we provided over $40,000 in revenue for the Postal Service last year alone. They could care less and still when I call to have my packages picked up even when I put an online request I end up sitting on hold until I give up or being talked down to. Worst delivery ever if only there was a way to avoid their service! Always give me my neighbors mail or them my mail, have too many problems with my packages like the left one in wrong place and it was sitting outside in the rain, they make up excuses why my package couldn’t be delivered but when I go to the office they say I shouldn’t have a problem, plus I live literally 45 seconds away from the post office!! Completely unprofessional! There’s been several times I ran into rude unnecessarily rude employees that I had reported the incident too! My packages come with specific directions that are available to the carriers! I guess they have no standards for work ethics......I am adding to this review by including that they removed their local number from Google and i would infer its due to all the problems they...
