I had a 2:30 appointment, I got there early and was seated with an older gentleman. He was on a phone call for the first portion as he put on the nail base. After he hung up the phone he was nice enough but he kept filing the same side so much more than the other. He painted them but the color wasn’t strong enough and then he filed them again AFTER painting them leaving the scrape marks on the sides of the nails! I’ll admit I should’ve said something about how bad they were but I’m not confrontational and I felt like crying. I was supposed to get a pedicure afterwards but I skipped out on it after seeing these nails. I paid and left, never to return. I’m getting them fixed somewhere else.

I saw Danny, and let me tell you, this guy went above and beyond, to make sure the refill was done with nothing but perfect! He was very nice and I will come back to see him. Refill acrylic, color - $26 and make sure you tip well, cash tip is preferred here.

I love Kimmy! She’s such a top notch nail tech. Once I got my nails done by her I never wanted to go anywhere else. It’s a drive for me, living in Northampton (where there are plenty of nail salons I’ve been to over the years), but it’s so worth it for me. The way that she does fills makes them last even longer too somehow? She’s also such a fun person to be around. The shop itself is different than other nail salons. It’s more friendly and comfortable. I don’t feel like I’m a burden receiving services like I have felt so many other places. ...

I usually don’t write reviews and have never given a bad one but unfortunately I am writing this. First time going there. Went there to get a pedicure for vacation. The lady rushed through the process. Cut my toe and the nail polish is all messed up. The polish is all over my toes. On right food you can see she rushed through it the polish doesn’t even cover my whole toe nails and the polish also has bumps in it. Hopefully they can fix this so no one has to have the same...
