After five years of avoiding this particular Subway location due to consistently poor service, I was drawn back in by a gift card. Today's visit only reinforced my initial impression. Despite successfully loading the gift card onto my Subway account, I encountered significant issues at checkout. The owner's response was particularly troubling; instead of attempting to resolve the issue, he became loud and dismissive, bizarrely blaming the gift card's origin "from the internet" for the payment failure.
