Rancho Liquors — Local services in Westminster

Was a regular here for years and only ever saw three employees work. Two were very upbeat, friendly, and an overall pleasant. The other was the most rude, angry, unpleasant, and downright shady liquor store employee (although I imagine he is the owner with his attitude). I grew up in this area, with this being the convenience store I went to since I was a young child. When I vaped, I would occasionally buy disposable vapes here for convenience sake. One time I came in and there was a set of vapes with a sign that said "all sales final". It struck me as odd; I can't think of a thing in the store where that policy wouldn't apply. I buy a can of coke there, open it up and it's rancid- I would expect a refund. On the other hand, if I don't like the flavor, no return should be available. I bought one of these 'finale sale' vapes, and of course it didn't work. He pointed at the sign and said I told you. Then it clicked for me- he had gotten a bad batch of vapes and was selling them cheap with the final sales sign to ward off upset customers. I didn't even get into how unethical (and likely illegal it is to knowingly sell products that don't work and refuse to replace or refund them). I reminded him of just how long I had been a customer, how many customers I had brought him when I threw parties etc, and that I would NEVER go back again. He stole $8 dollars from me, but he stole thousands in potential business from himself. Am amazed he still his a business license with the other illegal actions I've seen him make.

Again, this is nothing against anyone but the owner. He also could have saved himself the grief by saying why they are final sale. Again, in my head it was redundant, "this is a liquor store, of course all...
