Ana was my hair, face & body massage technician she was by far the most amazing massage technician who has worked with me…her hands were super soft and gentle on my face I did ask for the body massage to be medium strength since I didn’t want to leave from their with any deep tissue work or pain…The hair/scalp massage was so relaxing and after the treatment my hair was very soft and manageable…they do blow dry your hair to make you leave there even more relaxed and done…facial was done using cooled rollers and smooth skin blades that aid for the pressure points in face expressions. So when you get here be prepared to be asked what package you’re interested and you can add on more massages as needed. We were celebrating my friend Nancy’s Bday…when booking make sure to express why you’re coming over especially if it’s more than 2 people for promos available and weekdays specials vs weekend regular prices but all is done on your availability and your budget. The three of us were looking forward for the massage and hair/scalp and facial treatment…hair, face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and feet yes feet with hot stone massage too and ended with the back of your neck shoulders💖💖💖would I return absolutely the entire place is super clean and the staff is wonderful very friendly and kind…the massage tables are closed up with private curtain and you are in a magical relaxing mode with water sounds and chirping of birds like if you were in an out of body experience of relaxation…just go and enjoy the entire experience without being worried about anything…Parking available upfront it is a shopping center. Would we return oh Yes and Yes and Yes! My other two friends were all very pleased with their massage and hair results. So please if you’re going to be in Westminster and have time to book your appointment most definitely highly recommended…they have a 2nd location in Anaheim off of Katella 🌻💖💖💖🌻Thank you ladies for your help making my friends birthday extra special with the Birthday banner, her crown 👑 and her Birthday Sash🎂🤗🌻✅💯Thank...
Read moreI decided to come here on my birthday and I did not have a great experience 😔 if you’re looking for privacy there is none. You are very tightly packed next to others separated by a curtain where your head is exposed still. I bumped into the person next to me twice. The lady doing my service had bracelets on so as she was massaging my face and everything else I could feel them on me too. There’s a Mexican restaurant next door that plays loud music so it’s kind of hard to relax because you can hear that as well as their spa music. Along with the noise from people next to you and the services they’re receiving. I got a bunch of water in my ears, and I’m not even sure if she used the products I picked out on the sheet because she didn’t have them to pull from the case and put in her basket. I paid extra for the massage and i unfortunately had a very bad blister on one of my feet and she acted like it didn’t even exist and was so rough right over it. Then for the back massage they just tell you to sit up, so it’s a very awkward way to get a massage. To top it all off at the end she didn’t even blow dry my hair dry so I left with my hair looking crazier than when I came in. I also received a text saying I get a 20% discount on my birthday so i mentioned it to the front desk girl and not only did she not wish me a happy birthday which is just common courtesy, she didn’t apply the discount because when I checked in she asked if I wanted to upgrade for $10 more today so I agreed and I guess you can’t do both. Would have been nice to know. Overall would not come back and...
Read moreMy friend and I went today. Overall it was ok. We got the $120 deluxe service which was supposed to be 1 hr 20 minutes. Here are the pros and cons.
Pro: overall service was good - good massages, head rub, facial, ect. Very relaxing and they had good technique.
Cons: We paid $120 for what shld have been 1 hr 20 minute service. But they only did the actual service for 1 hr 5 minutes leaving 15 minutes for the blow dry. I have frizzy hair so declined the blow dry - so we really felt short-changed. $120 for 1 hr 5 min actual service felt like a rip off - even though the service was good. I say this bc this is a run-down place, it's not a fancy spa. I go to a massage place and pay $70 for a 90 min massage. So this place felt way over-priced. Also - my lady gave me 2 wet Willie's during the service, she put her bare fingers in my ears and sloshed water around in them. My ears were water logged when I left. She tried to do it a third and 4th time but I told her no. The friend I went with said her lady did not do that to her - only dried inside her ears with a towel, which I would have been ok with.
Overall the service did feel very good but the low rating is due to feeling like getting short-changed on the time I thought I was paying for. Cutting it short by 15 min for a blow dry I didn't want didn't seem fair, particularly for the high price at this run-down location. The pics of the place they are posting don't accurately show how...
