I have to say that Jeff, the sales associate; is my absolute HERO!! I went into the store with very little hope of finding a particularly hard to find collectable ornament and he was able to track it down for me. He not only called the store in North Dakota, but he spoke to their associates to ensure that I would be connected with their store manager the next morning to have my ornament purchased over the phone and shipped just in time for my husband's birthday which is Christmas.

Jeff is truly one of a kind! You rarely find such happy helpful people in the retail business these days. I can't wait to go back and tell him the good news!

I have been shopping at this Hallmark for years. Everyone is awesome here. Today I went to get something for my Grandmother and my Aunt. My mother passed away Feb 7th 2022. One of the lady's working helped me picked something out. I started crying talking about my mom. She was understanding and caring. I felted better just talking to her. I can't express how much I appreciate her taking the time to help me. If you are looking for a place to get gifts with the sweetie people, you can't go wrong at this store!!! I really miss the Hallmark shops. They used to be all over, now they’re very hard to find. The ladies at Amy’s, were very helpful and gracious.
