Is it just me or is the general quality of food completely deteriorated especially meat. I was very hungry after work and found this place on maps, I ordered the beef and vegetables. I got home and when biting into the beef all my instincts knew to spit it back out. Then I sorted through the meat and tried to bite a couple other pieces to see if maybe I just found one fatty part. Nope it was all inedible. It was the texture of biting into only fat that had sauce on it. I asked to have the chicken instead and came back to trade it out. It looked disgusting as she gave me a fork to try it before I left. I refused and was scared Iād spit it right back out in front of her. I decided to try it at home and cut my losses. It was the same exact fatty, gross, weird, meat I wouldnāt even feed my dog. The vegetables were actually really good, rice was ok, the spring rolls I ate but couod tell they were of low quality and old frozen, not the right...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWeāve ordered from here countless times. Tonight was the last. Was told 15min, waited over 35min. When we got home the lo mein was soaked in soy sauce (Beyond saturated); The garlic chicken (which Iāve ordered a dozen times) was nothing close to what I had ever had in the past and tasted like pure soy sauce; The fried dumplings were burnt on the outside but somehow cold on the inside; The General Taos was completely watered down and flavorless; and the egg rolls were mushy. I called to let them know what was going on and requested a refund. They told me they would only take an exchange and that I could bring it back, but only if none had been eaten. Obviously we had taken a few bites to know it was horrible! At that time I had to get our children bathed and ready for bed and couldnāt take it back. However I ended up making them something else for dinner and everything we ordered from here went...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have eaten here at least 10 times in the past and find that the quality has gone down in the last 2 years. I usually order the spicy chicken in Chinese vegetable dish. I find that they are very frugal with the vegetables. With regard to the chicken, they tenderize it so that it becomes large and soft so that less chicken is used. The benefit is that they are able to keep their prices low. However, if the owner is improve the quality of their food by giving more vegetables and keeping the chicken without any tenderization, they would probably sell more food and makeup for the difference with additional cost of ingredients. The owners are very nice people and the restaurant is relatively clean. It's just that they are about average in terms of Chinese food. They would also benefit by improving the spices in all of...
