I went into this restaurant this afternoon for a late lunch/early dinner. I was greeted at the door, where I told them I was by myself, a party of one. Though they only had 3 or 4 customers, for some reason they wanted me to sit in their bar, and I did not want to being a recovering alcoholic. After a few minutes of discussion with the greeter, she set me at a table just outside of the bar. I sat there for a good 5 or more minutes before someone came to my table, another greeter. She took my order, Chicken Parmesan Dinner and a Coca-Cola. After sitting there for another 10 minutes, another girl comes to the table and tells me that she is my server. She was making sure that I wanted a dinner and not a lunch. I reaffirmed my order, and about 5 minutes later I received my Coca-Cola and a salad. After about 20 minutes or so, my dinner came, 2 pieces of deep-fried chicken with a little bit of unseasoned tomato sauce on top with some cheese. I then went on to eat it, the first piece was okay, but the 2nd piece was almost uncooked. Not wanting to get food poisoning, I pushed the plate to the center of the table along with my napkin off of my lap. I then waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. After waiting a good 15 minutes or so my credit card on the table, and the server testing my table over 4 times, I figured out I had to check myself out with no check. Immediately one of my credit card. I by myself figured out that I had to slip into a little slot in this gizmo at the table. I did so. I then got a receipt thingy from that gizmo on the table, but there was hardly any printing on it so I did not know how much I was charged and for what? There was sitting at the table all that time with that uncooked food in front me, and no one there to help me at all. They call himself a full-service restaurant, what a joke. After paying for it by myself, I stopped at the greeter's desk and asked them for a receipt, I was told I would have to say in there for a while to get one and I did. After standing there another 3 to 5 minutes on my crutches because I'm disabled, they finally produced a receipt of some sort. I then asked for the corporate number so I can give them call, and I was quickly told I could not do that, and after another 2 minutes waiting they produced a business card for this location, and told me I had to talk to the manager about it, where is...
Read moreExtremely Poor Service (usually really good here so idk what happened). Placed drink and food order for never ending soup and salad and waited.... And waited. Had to remind waiter (Jack) about drinks. Received salad with no dressing so sent back and waiter returned with barely any dressing. Everyone finished first round of soup and salad plus drinks were all gone and waited about 15 minutes for waiter to return and he asked if we were done. No! We ordered never ending soup and salad. Said needed everything - drinks, salad, breadsticks, and soup. He didn't clear the table of all the dishes when walked away. Brought drinks then salad again with barely any dressing. Finally cleared dishes. Didn't ask about more soup or if anyone wanted to change so brought out the same soups 10 minutes later. Still no bread sticks. Ridiculous! Asked for paper check because was going to pay cash. Waiter never brought the check so we finally used the device to pay by card. As customers we should have choice on how to pay. It should not take almost 2 hours for 4 soup and salad dinners.
We've been coming here for a while and always good service until tonight. Very...
Read moreThe Westminster Olive Garden isn't our preferred location, but we went because it was the closest. The food was good, and our hostess was phenomenal. Our server however was not very attentive or pleasant. She only brought us bread sticks after asking for a second time. Even then, there wasn't enough for the table. She never cleared the dirty dishes which left our table overcrowded. The room was extremely warm to the point that my spouse and I began to sweat and become nauseous from the heat. Our waitress wouldn't bring the bill and made us use the table top device. This is a huge bone of contention as it takes away from the experience and it's just out right lazy of her. Our waitress also never gave us the after dinner mints either or thanked us for coming. All of these inconsistencies are things one expects to be fulfilled from a dining out experience not ignored. Most of us don't dine out often because it's just too expensive. When we do dine out, we expect the service, food, and atmosphere to be at the very least good. I doubt we will ever revisit this location again. Very...
