I had the worst experience at this location last night!! We had a party of 9 and was told the wait was going to be 45 minutes which is understandable it was a Friday night everywhere was going to be packed so we decided to wait because anywhere we go we figured there be a wait!!! We noticed there was several tables open on the patio but we figured they were trying to maintain social distancing. After 45 minutes and being told that we were number one on the waiting list we decided to ask after waiting for an hour how much longer the wait would be they let us know that they will call us up when they were ready!! We waited another 30 minutes to be seated outside on the patio where the tables were available the whole time we were waiting I don’t understand why we had to wait that long for tables that they eventually sat us at that were open the whole entire time we were there waiting it’s unbelievable the incompetence there!! But I’m not easy to anger or complain we were seated down our waitress was amazing but whoever is managing this location really needs a rude awakening after we ordered our appetizers we couldn’t even get regular cups because they ran out we were given Styrofoam cups which OK whatever not a big deal we ordered margaritas and they gave them to us in regular cups at this point it was just a joke we were literally like laughing!! The bartender didn’t even put a taste of alcohol in any of our drinks I didn’t even catch a buzz and I usually catch a buzz off of a shot!! We then ordered shots and I’m telling you those Vegas bombs taste straight like Red Bull!! At this point we’re getting hungry and realize our order hasn’t even got to us after waiting 30 minutes the food finally came the fries were cold and stale the wings were cold they smelled weird at this point I didn’t even want to eat I was so mad how this restaurant was run it’s unbelievable and I will leave a review on every website every platform every social media to warn people never to go here we spent $300 and that was the kind of service that we were given and it wasn’t even the waitresses fault that’s what’s crazy about it usually people complain about the waitress but it was definitely the establishment how do you run out of cups how do you run out of shot glasses how do your cooks give you cold food how do your bartenders not even serve the right amount of alcohol it’s ridiculous don’t ever go to this location I will never go...

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have never been treated with as much disrespect as I was today. The manager on duty today (06/18/2019) is extremely rude and not willing to work with the customers he has. He is condescending and doesn’t value the customer. He refused to give me his name and wasn’t wearing a name tag. we ordered online and arrived before noon the hostess jasmine wasn’t willing to grab our food she told us to go to the bar, when we told her we ordered online but will be dining in she said to go sit at the bar and wasn’t willing to seat us anywhere else. When we walked to the bar at 12:01 it took more than 5 minutes for anyone to address us and when the waitress Joy finally did she told us we needed to wait because she was changing a Keg. We continued to wait for another few minutes during the time we asked the hostess if she could grab our food that we had already paid for and again she refused and stated Joy can do that. Joy then comes from the back to say she has already told us to wait. After that we stopped the manager to ask if he could just grab the food and he said he’d see where Joy was at.At this point we are furious and our dinning experience had already been ruined. The business had just opened no more than an hour ago (@11:00am) they aren’t too busy yet the service was extremely terrible. When we looked at the food it was cold, mushy, and inedible. The kids meal we had ordered was so cold our child would not eat it and asked for it to be warmed. We told the manager that we no longer want the items that were inedible and he questioned it and essentially told us that we were wrong for ordering online and was upset. The manager let joy argue with my wife in front of customers while she was drinking her personal drink and also persisted to argue with us about the meal. While my family stood and ate the items that we edible both Joy and jasmine continued to talk to other employees about the situation that just occurred which is unprofessional and highly inappropriate! At this Hooters, simple questions and request cannot be met here and it’s honestly disappointing because my family and I eat at hooters frequently and we just discovered this hooters which happens to be the closest one to us. By far the worst experience ever. We waited 45 min to be seated as this is expected during COVID. We were given a table with 2 chairs (we are a family of 4). I went back to the front to ask the hostess for the other 2 chairs. I was told to just grab chairs from the other tables. Ok I let it go and we had ordered our drinks (waitress came back a second time to ask our drink order again) only got three of four and had to remind the waitress for one more glass of water. We ordered our wings and asked for one side of ranch and one side of 3 mile. This never was given to us. We asked the waitress one more time. She never came back again. We then asked the manager ( who was very rude and said it will be extra charge, that’s fine) never did we get the side and when the manager walked back my husband wanted to make sure we were not charged for sauce that was never given to us his response “I told her to bring this out” and well this was not given to us. He said he will go get some now (no we already are done) he walked away with an attitude. He came back to apologize and said I’m sorry she has a big party she is working and must have forgot let me take something off the bill. Well the bill came back and it was $53.86. I didn’t ask for anything free or to be taken off the waitress never came back to take the tab. My family got up and I went directly to the manager who was at the hostesses stand to pay our bill. The waitress runs up to us and said excuse me you didn’t pay your bill. I told her yes he has our card and we are paying this here. She said oh well I did take off the additional ranch and sauce you wanted. Thanks again for not charging me for something we never received.
