I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews, but when a business provides poor customer service, I believe it’s the best way for owners to become aware of what’s happening in their company—especially if they want to grow and succeed.
Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place at all. Be cautious: if you accidentally book a class while you’re still learning to use their app and understanding the schedule, and then immediately cancel it, they will still charge you $10. I called, and the woman told me there was nothing she could do and that they would keep the money. To me, this is unacceptable—canceling a class within less than a minute of booking it and still being charged $10 feels like theft.
