I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. In the last few years I had the pleasure of meeting the best store associate, Lenner, at the store in Doral, since then, he has become store manager and been in different stores. Because of the first experience, I've follow him anytime I need help. Today I went to the store in Weston Town Center. Used to Doral store the had great energy and activity, I came to a store where I was welcomed by two associates without a smile, I came in and asked for Lennerd and they call him. As soon as Lennerd came the energy totally changed, the same energy that when I met him. He helped me with all the changes I needed to make to my account including two new phones, keep in mind, he is the manager. two employees were hiding in the back instead of helping him with the phones pairing while he was talking to us. Two customers came in later and after the door ding sound that came out with a "do you really want me to work" attitude. As the associate was helping without any personal and service pro active attitude, I engaged with them with conversation, as well as Lennerd. In my opinion, associates are supposed to be the managers help, when Lennerd was finishing our transaction, the associates (that didn't have anything to do and were in the back room) could've help him. He greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand my needs, demonstrating genuine care for his customers. Lennerd is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt confident in my decisions. It's rare to find someone in retail who genuinely wants to help others, and Lennerd embodies that spirit. He goes above and beyond, not just for me but for every customer I saw him assist during my visit. However, I must mention that the store's representatives could use some improvement. While Lennerd shines bright as a leader, some of the other staff members seemed overwhelmed and less attentive. There were moments when I noticed customers waiting for assistance longer than expected, and the interactions didn’t reflect the same level of care that Lennerd provided. Despite this, my experience was overwhelmingly positive thanks to Lennerd's dedication and professionalism. He is a great manager who leads by example and truly cares about his team's performance. If you visit this AT&T store, I highly recommend seeking out Lennerd for any assistance — he will ensure you leave satisfied!

   Read moreThey scammed my boyfriend. He was told that he could get an $850 credit for his iPhone with no contingencies. He then proceeded to go through the entire process of trading at the iPhone and getting the new one with NO ONE LOOKING AT HIS PHONE and the guy continuing to insist upon the credit.
Then when he went to turn the new one in, they said you only get $350 from this when in the initial meeting no one had looked at his phone or told him that there would be any problems with trading it in. He said that ok never mind I’ll return the new phone and then was told that there would be a $55 restocking fee for THEM messing up.
