Weston Town Center — Local services in Weston

This pace is great in concept but the reality is a little more to be desired. There is no reason why the center street should be opened to cars. I tried walking around in the morning with my baby in arms and the cars would barely do the stop 🛑 and didn't wait for the pedestrians to cross. This is obviously the terrible car culture that plagues Miami but also is accommodating and encouraging it with its street design. It is also not easily accessible by foot, I imagine all the residents around it just drive in.

The best part in the day is the lake view but there is almost nothing to do casually, this center is full of expensive restaurants and offices that you typically drive to for specific occasions, not in casual every day hangouts. So again, this place is built for cars even though it looks like it is not.

Boca house is a must visit restaurant. We have visited the restaurant in Doral and now Weston. The Weston location is smaller but the food is the same. They deliver the same delicious food. We had the Slow-cooked Pork Ribs with Guava Barbecue Sauce crowned with French Fries, Cheese Fudge, and Crispy Onions, served with Roasted Corn and Coleslaw It was to die for. It comes with the cheese in the the middle. The ribs fell off the bones. We also tried the Cachapa cake Venezuelan-style Fresh Sweet Corn Cake, made with fresh ground Corn served with Nata and White Cheese. This is just good cornbread. For dinner we had the Tomahawk with bone and all, grilled to your liking with grilled Peppers, Chorizo, Blood Sausage, Asparagus, Coleslaw, Homemade Chimichurri Sauce, Guasacaca, and fries. This place should be so much more... This is Weston for crying out loud!!! What the hell is this poor excuse for a "Town Center"??? This should be a highlight of your community. A social gathering spot of your residence. A lively vivacious entertainment center with exciting and wonderful restraunts and shops... This place has died over the last couple decades.. And resembles a retirement community more than the professional upper middle class that thrive in the surrounding neighborhoods... Praying that things change for the better in the...
