On my second visit, I went with a standard cheeseburger, but encountered the same issues. Hoping for improvement, I returned a third time and ordered a basic cheeseburger with just one cheese, specifically asking to skip the oil they usually apply to the bun. That time, the burger was nearly acceptable, but still far from great.

Today, I stopped in and asked for a plain burger—no cheese, no oil—and was told they couldn’t serve it without the oil on the bun. At that point, I decided to leave without ordering.
