Do not, I repeat do not come to this restaurant. The manager Carlos literally managed to ruin three birthday celebrations in one night. Upon arrival we attempted to bring a cake in with us and the hostess advised that they charge 25 dollars if the waitress serves the cake or sings us happy birthday. Not being aware of the rule we told her we would just order from the menu and take the cake back to the car, she then told us we did not have to take the cake back to car and we could eat the cake but not with any extra service. So we figured okay we would just hold on to the cake. (I just want to add that this was a tiny cake). We end up eating the cake after dinner literally using the same forks we used for our dinner. We didn’t get anything extra, no one sang happy birthday, absolutely nothing extra was done by our waitress. We ask for the check and sure enough added to our 500 dollar bill was the cake charge!!! We called over the waitress and she knew she was wrong but still insisted on calling over this tiny bald man who she told us is named Carlos. This man had the audacity to say to our faces that he was present when the hostess told us we would be charged if we consumed our cake. I was shocked that this person was lying straight to my face and to add insult to injury I see the hostess running to hide!!! My sister in law kept her calm and kept trying to explain what was actually discussed with the hostess and this man rudely kept arguing that he would not remove the charge and he didn’t care if we never came back. Realizing Negroni must be really pressed for money since they decided to steal our 35 dollars. We decided to stop trying to explain how unfair the situation was and paid the bill. As we were walking out of this place, I swear god as my witness our waitress and the manager Carlos were laughing at us for what had just happened. I have never been so disgusted with an establishment. I should have listened to my friend who warned me multiple times how bad the service was. I never ever write reviews but this is the only way I feel we can have justice for how these people treated us tonight. Please if you are looking for somewhere to go think twice before supporting this place.
