The Ladies at Tiers of Sweetness run an amazing business. They answer every call, respond to every text, and guide you through the whole experience so that you end up with exactly what you want. The customer service is incredible! They took the stress out of buying the cake for our daughter’s wedding. Her wedding was small so we needed small cakes but they treated us like we were buying cakes that cost thousands of dollars. Our daughter was just going to pick something but they walked her through the process with samples of their delicious cakes and icings. They really care! She was so pleased with the outcome. The cakes were beautiful and delicious. Once you have decided what you want they document everything so you see the cost. There is no hand waving. You understand exactly what the cost is. I have horrible food allergies and called 30 (not kidding) bakers before a friend said she’d just heard of TOS when she had one of their cakes at a party. Denice listened, got with her sister and went to work. When they called me back they had a recipe that I wasn’t allergic to and a change to their vanilla frosting that would work. They made samples for us to try and it was amazing. Fast forward to the day of - the cake was gorgeous, everything I dreamed of, delicious. AND they made us a box of mini trifles from the cake to take on our honeymoon, AND brought a sweet gift of a couples’ devotional. These ladies know what they’re doing ❤️. I bought my fiancés surprise engagement cake from here and I’m still in awe. I was scared to drive home worried about hitting a bump or taking a curb too hard lol. Shoot I didn’t want to cut it lol, it was beyond beautiful and exceeded every expectation I had. We will definitely being using these ladies for our wedding cake (I’ve already got the approval). Thank you for not only the amazing cake but the experience as well.
