So employees said I was 26min late getting there to pickup an order for door dash. Well that is a complete lie you made up all because I asked you to do your job correctly and you were to busy not being sanitary and running your nasty hands you just used to wipe and table off with that looked a lot like your hair, I’m talking about the stained up greasy rag and your hair not the table,but you didn’t even was your hands before scooping ice cream which was also the absolute wrong kind, the customer was standing there telling you that you still continued. So all employees should be well groomed, no facial blemishes, covered if so, good hygiene, and have some pride in not only doing your job but when taking care of yourself grow up! Focus on showering and stop being a stick in the mud and treat people better than you treat yourself! Problem solved! The they forgot to put chocolate on three Banana split's I can understand maybe one forgetting to put chocolate on it but three? And I don't think you want to know about the extra toppings because there was no extra toppings but they sure didn't forget to charge that . Read moreThe store manager personally screwed up my order when I asked to have chocolate added to a blizzard. When I rejected the wrong order he argued with me saying that they didn't have chocolate ice cream and I told him again that I asked for them to add chocolate. I then asked why one of three blizzards was served upside down per company policy and he said only one gets served that way but couldn't tell me which it was. Moral of this story is don't argue with your customers. Apparently "the customer is always right" is not a thing...
