I wen't to the store next to the Optometrist. They have a good selection of firearms, accessories and more. However, highly priced ammo & firearms. Everyone stays behind the desk & didn't ask if I needed help. I went to pay for my item and put it down on the table in front of the employee, and after a minute waiting, he looked at the person behind me and went to help him pay. After saying I had been waiting, I got to pay for my item and was told that there was a 20 dollar limit (my first time there so I purchased a single box of ammo). He said 3 or 4 times "next time you come in it has to be $20, but this time I'll allow it". Also, I do a lot of my ammo shopping in NH and I'm used to only showing my drivers license, so when I mistakenly showed my license here, he snarked "I don't care how you got here".

I can't say that this is how they normally operate, but expect this when you go...

Went in looking for a S&W Shield (10+1) and they didn't have it, but the salesman showed be a Springfield Hellcat that was 10+1. I like it well enough to buy on the spot. Felt OK in the store, but didn't like it once I shot it. Brought it back a month later and wanted to trade back and they weren't interested. Gave me a lame excuse that it's hard to sell with the modifications I made - I put on a Talon grip which can be taken off easily and changed out the recoil spring (I had the original in the package). They wouldn't even make an offer as I was trying to buy another gun. The owner/mgr walked out of his office and right by me after without saying a word to me. I've purchased a few guns from these guys over the years based on geographic convenience, but will never step back in this establishment again. Completely ignorant...

Decent selection. Not very helpful staff. Ammo is over priced by any standard.They advertise on the website that they have reloading equipment but only have powder and and old shot gun and and magnum primers. As stated in other reviews when you walk to the counter the employee looks lost then when they finally address you after about a min of starring into space you can get rung out. I walked around the shop for about 15min not being greater or asked if I needed help once. I have had better experiences in the past at the old location. I think I am done with this shop. When I asked if they had a curtain item I got pointed to a small shelf and told “if we had em that’s where they’re be” my loyalty to local shops has fallen off due to interactions like this at many...
