EZPAWN — Local services in Wheat Ridge

I am beyond disappointed with this pawn shop. I have shopped at multiple EZ pawns in my day and have never come across one so shiesty. I bought a bicycle from them over the weekend and was told maybe needs the spokes tightened ur to fix the rear where. Was not told it was as is, after taking home realizing axle was broke and bearings shot, I ordered parts on Amazon and tried to fix, bicycle is still not working so I called reaching out for help and willing to trade bike back and spend more money,I was greeted with long hold resulting in me calling back multiple times just to be hung up on 3 times. I went into the store after work just for "Heather" the manager to tell me that they won't take back the broken bike they sold me even though I was willing to leave the parts on I bought! I just want a bicycle in riding condition. I spent hard earned money on this, I don't make it through life ripping people off like this establishment. And I also very rarely give bad reviews but this place deserves it. Please do not give this place business. I am definitely going to file a corporate complaint after this. Yesterday I went into this location and had a gentleman named Christian that really went the extra mile with his customer service, professionalism, and also very personable. I am handicapped from a snowmobile accident 2 years ago from the snowmobile landing on top of me. I shattered my leg and now need a knee replacement. Christian without asking or hesitating lifted my belonigs and was so helpful to explain how it worked with EZ Pawns rules on getting my items back and the interest rate of each month my items are with EZ Pawn. I absolutely had a great customer service experience at this location. I went in to look at game accessories and consoles .Heather was very informative and knowledgeable about the items available which encourageed to purchase several accessories for my PS4 and Xbox consoles. I really like this location over other ez pawns , because they are all upfront and straightforward. Renee was very professional and knowledgeable about several questions I had about computers and made several suggestions that will help me pick the perfect computer when I return to their store.
