I placed and order for delivery that was partially delivered. I called asking for them to correct the mistake only to have the teenage boy on the other end of the line become very combative about them fixing their mistake. He claimed they were “too busy” to re-deliver and that I would have to come and pick up this missing items from my order. Since I had to pick up the items I asked if they could provide an extra side or refund me for the portion that I now had to go and get. He reluctantly agreed to the refund. My spouse and I walked in to get our order and it’s completely empty. I let him know that I was the one who called and I was there to pick up the missing items and he basically tossed my order at me. I was heading out and noticed that our order was still missing an item. We turned around to go back in to get it corrected, and the person behind the counter was recording me and my spouse as we left and were coming back in for the correction. I asked him to correct it and he scoffs at me claiming “most places wouldn’t even do this” My spouse mentions the fact that most places would in fact correct their mistake and provide some type of compensation. The boy behind the counter again pulled out his camera trying to record me for asking him to correct his mistake and provide the receipt for the portion that I was refunded, and tried telling me that I was in the wrong because of their mistake. I mentioned to my spouse we would not be coming back, and the child behind the counter has the audacity to say “Good” As I was walking out he also proceeded to continue bad mouthing me. The food used to be delicious, I don't know what has happened within the past 2 years but I have noticed a dramatic drop in quality. I've ordered orange chicken with fried rice two times within the past year, I got food poisoning both times. I've never had food poisoning in my life and I'm not a very picky eater but I used to love their orange chicken it was the perfect amount of spice and flavor and now I'm not even sure if it's real chicken... Then I decided after about 6 months maybe 7 that I would try it again tonight thinking that maybe something had changed for the better but wow was I wrong. I tried something new, I got the curry chicken both me and my mother got curry chicken and both of us said the same thing. "It's full of peppers and onions but barely any chicken." And I need you absolutely FULLL of peppers and onions. Barely any sauce, I saw maybe 7-10 little dinky pieces of chicken in the dish and they charged $17?!?!? Such a disappointment once again. We both agree we will never go here again to eat. The staff seem nice, the food is just such a disappointment every time. The last three times have all been a nightmare. Read moreAbsolutely awful customer service! My mother ordered delivery for a little family get together. We waited over an hour for a delivery which is fine, no big deal. But our order gets here and we are missing 2 items from our order. My mother calls to explain this and the man on the phone states that they are “too busy” to re-deliver and correct their mistake. The only compensation they offered was to give a free order of what was missing the next time they decide to order or my mother can go and pick it up now. She says fine she’ll pick it up, but since she paid for delivery and now has to pick it up, she ask if they can provide something like wontons or at least refund her for the portion of the DELIVERY order that she now has to go pick up. My mother goes to pick up the missing items and not only is the restaurant deserted, this man has the audacity to basically toss the order at her and it was still missing one of the items.
