If I could leave zero stars I would. You would think a company thatâs been in the game for a while would have some damn customer service effectiveness.
I made a purchase for a cartridge. They mailed it to me. When it came, it was in one of those small clear zip lock bags. First Red Flag. đ©
By the looks of the cartridge you can tell it was refurbished even though on the site, they said it was NEW. SECOND RED FLAG đ©

I started the return process and was given clear instructions. On the instructions, it said return the cartridge to a store near by with the packing slip and a form of payment. I live 15 mins away from a store so I walked to the store in this 80 degree weather.
I got to the store and was told that not only I had to call customer service on top of All that, but I needed my ID. Now when the hell do you even need an ID to make a return?
Especially if I was told that all I need was the return item, the packaging slip and my form of payment, which was my credit card.
If you want to make good business, at least be more effective. I will never shop with Game stop again.
