I highly recommend this place they were extremely nice, welcoming and professional. I didn’t even know this place was inside the mall , I went to target then went to go get some food and I noticed the furniture store since I just moved into a new apartment and I needed new furniture so I decided to go in and they were super professional, they had very nice furniture, I ended up buying a couch , dresser , bed frame , new lights , a tv stand, they even have a me a discount since I bought so many things. Due to the good energy and professionalism from the staff members & great furniture, It made me wanna purchase more. Thank you....

Great pre-sale customer service (especially, Bernand Iluogba) & awesome furniture. However, the items were not delivered as promised. Out of 4 items guaranteed to be delivered on a specific date, only 2 of them were delivered. I tried to reach out to customer service, but they weren’t responsive. I went to the store & the issue was immediately resolved by Bernand. I am impressed by his professionalism & exceptional customer handling. There seems an opportunity in the order fulfillment, but I am satisfied with the overall service...

I’m visiting from out of state to take my 95 year old grandmother shopping for a new recliner. I searched online for furniture stores, and made this my first stop based on the website options for recliners. What a joke! My grandmother walked through the mall to get to this store for nothing but bougie, shiny, overpriced display pieces. Not one single recliner despite over 20 listed online.
