2 years ago i purchased my husbands and I wedding ring from this store. I explained to them that I am highly allergic to nickel and any metals. I paid for a 14k gold two tone ring, which i was told was REAL gold. The ring had scratches from when I purchased it, I only had it a few weeks when i noticed it. I have also overheard old employees there telling new staff to say jewlery is real on several occasions. Over a span of few months I noticed alot of redness, irratation and blisters forming between my ring finger and behind. I went into Diamond and was told to purchase a band to wear in the ring for 40 dollars. I asked them if the ring had any nickel or metal in it and was told its "100 percent gold". I have no allergies to gold or even silver but highly allergic to nickel and any metal. They told me my only option was to switch to 18k gold because the 14k is blended with other metals and all two tone golds are( which I was livid because I told them beforehead i am allergic) I switched to 18k with a 200 dollar fee and trusted them. I later come to find out through two reputable jewlery stores that 18k "gold" ring is actually 10k with nickel mixed in. I have had problems with my ring finger since I purchased this ring from them. I still have irratation and blisters. I paid nearly 600 dollars for a 10k gold ring thats heavly mixed with metals. That this store claimed was pure 18k gold. I have been to 3 different dermatologists who have examined my finger and ring and have told me the reaction is due to nickel and metal from the ring. I went back to Diamond a few months ago and they didnt take responsibilty and refused to refund me my money. PlEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. I had to keep the ring because they stole my money and wouldnt take their ring back. They sell low quality, fake jewlery and will deny it up and down. Also wont return your money!! PLEASE DIAMOND DO NOT LIE TO PEOPLE!! I have enough proof of your fradulence to take you to court.

Update: I have already taken the ring to two reptuable jewlery specialists to appraise it and both have said its 10k gold with metal inside and costs 120 dollars, whereas your store charged me 540 dollars for the same ring that you claimed is "18k". I have spoken to every employee of your store on many occasions. Until you refund my money, I will not be in contact with your store. Your business tried to rob me of another 200-300 dollars to exhange for another ring....
