Trader Joes. The staff here is exceptional. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Ingrid went above and beyond, first walking me to where my requested item normally is, and then going in the back without being asked to find out when it would be coming. The store is very clean, the aisles are actually wide enough so there aren't any cart casualties, the checkout process was fast and efficient, and the best part was the prices. I used to think shopping at Trader Joe's was expensive, but they had some real great sale items and you don't want to scream in disbelief and despair when seeing the cost of other items. Very easy parking for Trader Joe's and what a wonderful and helpful staff!!! I'm there practically 3 to 4 times a week and have been going for 5 yrs. Always helpful and very knowledgeable !!!!! I have tried new things by there enthusiastic encouragement and while I have enjoyed most.... the few I didn't I return no questions asked. In fact I was stranded and one of the employees took time and gave me a ride. She called her manager (we were at the Starbucks next door) and told him she might be late punching in to help a customer he told her to go ahead!NOW THAT'S...

It's a good plazza one of the better in the mount prospect, prospect heights area. Nicely kept parking lot and buildings. Clean and good offering of stores to shop.
