I had ordered using the online system just as always before. This time, it stated my food was delivered to me when it was not. What ended up happening was somebody in another suite signed off on my name. We are a building with many suites. I selected the „saved address” I had which included the correct suite I was in. I did not realize that after selecting the correct address with the correct suite it automatically deletes the suite number (flaw #1). Then after placing my order since there was no suite placed in, it automatically enters the first suite in the building (flaw#2). I called Panera and was accusee that „you put in the wrong suite” (uhmm no i did not) they did not offer to refund me but they did offer to remake the food. The driver came back and again accused me of entering the wrong suite as she „was just here next door at whats placed on the paper”. I told her where the flaw of the online ordering is and she again claimed i put in the wrong suite and dod not even acknowledge the fact that i was trying to inform her of where the issue is on their website. Please fix your website and do not accuse your customers of „putting in the wrong suite”. Why would anyone enter the wrong Suite? Customer service is definitely not...

When ordering a plain tuna sandwich, would you expect there to be tuna on it? Do you have to be asked if you want Tina on your Tuna sandwich. WTH!
I realize it’s almost Halloween, but when you order a pizza do you expect it to be knowing cut with a knife (because they didn’t want to look for pizza cutter) and mutilate it like Friday the 13th movie??
That was the best part of my experience.
No greeting, no eye contact, no professionalism in how I was spoken too.
I was going to sit and eat, but after an overwhelming feeling of wanting to cry, I left with my son.
I felt the tension in the air - I was so uncomfortable. I guess as an American Muslim, I’m not welcome at this location. I hope I will be welcome at other locations and this isn’t another company demonstrating discriminating.
