I highly recommend Tadam Tech (think “Ta Dah! Your appliance is magically fixed!”). I bought a house that came with a small Viking wine fridge. The light on the fridge worked, but that’s it. Warm inside. I had a useless high-end wine storage cupboard. I decided to try fixing it - replacing the fridge would cost thousands. Natalie was very polite and helpful in setting up an appointment the week that I called. The repair ultimately took two visits, and I was notified each time when the technician would arrive. Our Viking oven wouldn’t light so after a few calls to different companies, we decided to go with Tadam. Scheduling was quick and easy through text messages with Natalie. Anton came the next day (6/13) for a service estimate, told us it was the igniter which would take 3 days to order and receive parts and was back on 6/16 to fix our oven in less than 30 mins! He was very quick, so quiet and very efficient and was helpful in his explanations! And we paid less than we thought we would based on conversations with other companies.
