Great customer service here! Everyone is so friendly and always smiling. We purchased an ottoman. Mike was so helpful in loading our ottoman on the flat bed cart and even into our car. At first, it wasn’t going to fit in our car because of the legs so he went out of his way to grab a hex key and removed the legs for us and voila, it fit! Happy to have a location closer to home however prices have gone up higher. For example, I purchased a lantern for $19.99 about a year and half ago. I decided to see if HG possibly still carried the same or at least something similar. Well a very similar one in look but smaller in size was $49.99. Same exact materials. Prices are higher on everything now, so definitely shopping for much less things. The store continues to carry a variety of beautiful products. This was my first and will definitely be my last visit to this Mount Prospect location. Extremely rude and grumpy staff working here; especially the older cashiers. I bought a wreath and after the cashier scanned it, she growled "I'm NOT bagging that!!!!". Seriously?!? I didn't ask her to. I could've growled back at her but instead I smiled and said "No problem; I don't need a bag, thank you." Geez....avoid this store unless you like getting yelled at by unhappy, grumpy cashiers who have zero customer...
