Guys…a pound of meat for TWO with slaw, potatoes, rice, unlimited condiments two drinks for about $55 before tax and tips? This is insane!
The food was amazing. AMAZING! The potatoes had a slight honey glaze, the ribs we had literally fell off the bone, the rice is cooked perfectly, the slaw tasted like actual slaw and nothing like processed slaw.
Kay Kay was our server. She greeted us warmly, did an amazing job at explaining the process and had us taste a sample by the meat bar. We were sold. We didn’t even get to call for her attention because she was on it before we could even ask. What an amazing server (along with the young lady with the blonde hair and white Hokas).
We sat and had food at the table almost immediately. It’s like quality food at fast food paces.
Seriously? Go get the meat!
PS. Management….bring that huge T.V to the window. Get some green plants at the outside entrance. Add some more of the lights you have on the side of the business to the entrance. Bring samples to the guests outside the theatre. Get an A-frame with your brand logo and pictures of your food.
Become more visible from the distance because we can’t see you despite your huge logo outside and we want you to succeed!

Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations in terms of taste, and overall, it felt like a waste of money 👎🏼
During a lunch visit with a friend at the Mt. Prospect location, we were initially overcharged. Thankfully, my friend noticed a small sign in the dining area mentioning a lunch special. When I brought it up to the person at the counter, he adjusted our bill from $110 down to $75. However, it turned out the lunch special only applied to beef — lamb was excluded.
When I asked why we weren’t offered the lunch special pricing in the first place, the employee explained that the owner instructed them not to mention it unless specifically asked. I found this practice quite disappointing and, frankly, misleading.
It’s especially disheartening to see such tactics at a place that presents itself as halal. I believe transparency and fairness should always be a priority.
On a positive note, the atmosphere inside was warm and...
Read moreMeat Moot is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of slow-cooked, perfectly seasoned meat hits you like a warm welcome. The presentation is a show in itself — tender cuts brought right to the table, carved and served with precision.
The flavors are next level. The meat is smoky, juicy, and melts in your mouth, perfectly balanced with their rich sauces and fresh sides. Every bite feels like it’s been crafted with passion and skill.
The staff go above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and genuinely proud of what they serve. You can tell they care about giving you a memorable experience.
If you love meat, this place is heaven. If you think you love meat, one visit here will prove you’ve never truly experienced it until now. Worth every penny...
