Grade A Cafe lives up to their name and was a wonderful breakfast stop during our short stop in the area. We met up with 2 friends giving us a group of 4 and at around 10:30am on a Sunday we didn't have to wait for a table at all. The service was great and food was delicious. 3 of us got the "healthy egg whites omelette" and the other got a chicken panini. The omelettes were fantastic and the largest we've ever seen, it's like they made the omelettes with a whole small carton of egg whites (it was awesome!). The green smoothie and caramel macchiato with soy milk were also delightful delicious drinks. The 9 grain bread was also great. The waitress was also very kind being able to accept requests to have the kitchen staff cook the omelettes in Pam rather than butter and made ingredients modifications based on preference or allergies. The inside was also very elegant and clean aesthetic wise with comfy booths and nice bathrooms too. Definitely a great spot for breakfast or brunch we...
Read moreI literally cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I randomly discovered this restaurant was 30 seconds from our house about a month ago. We've ordered there the last 5 Sundays in a row. They now know us. Last week we had a small issue with our order (the first). They remade our in entire order without question. This week, when we ordered, they made sure my eggs were made exactly how I like them and went over the order with us before we left to make sure there were no problems before we even left the restaurants. And all this happened with a line basically out the door they were so busy.
I could rave about how good this food is. It is literally one of the best brunches I've ever had - warm, fresh, made expertly. But the customer service is something to rave even more about. I don't like to get out of bed on Sunday mornings, so I don't know if we will pop in soon for a meal or continue to order takeout, but either way, run don't walk to this...
Read moreThe front counter person was very rude. The locks were dried on the edges, the onion slices were like rubber. The drinks were watered down. The corned beef bowl was delivered to table with an 8” long hair. They made another one so my daughter had to wait another 15 min to eat. Bathroom had no hot water. The front desk clerk did not give any credit for the HAIR IN THE FOOD. She tried to change the amount of tip we’re were going to give because there were 6 in our group. There is no signage or anything written anywhere that if you have a party of 6 that there would be an automatic 20% tip charge. Receipt only offers different amounts for (SUGGESTED) tip amounts. Sine this establishment has changed from Eggsperience to (Grade A Cafe )new name in my opinion the are now GRADE “F”! Save yourself some time , aggravation, hair in your food and Rude Counter personnel....
