Hey you! Yeah you! You like spending money on food, right? Well how about spending money on food that takes forever to reach your table, is only lukewarm, AND your waiter never talks to you? If you say "yes" to all of this you might be best looking at Google reviews for a psychiatrist instead of a restaurant, but rest assured, Buffalo Wild Wings is here for you if you want to financially self-harm!
A 3.6 (as of 7/29/2024) ain't good, chief. I last ate here about two years ago, told myself "Oh wow, I don't wanna come here again," and am now leaving this review as a testament to remind myself to do never do it ever again. Despite not having a full house, it still took about... 25ish minutes for our appetizers, thin mozzarella sticks that cost almost ten bucks (ten more than they were worth), and then another 30ish minutes later came out food: a single plate of the endless wings. Although, I think "Buffalo Bites" would be a good rebranding for it. They're much smaller than the normal wings. No vegetables like celery or anything on the site, just some soggy lukewarm fries at best. Credit where it's due: my bacon chile burger was decent, but that's like putting a small bandaid on a big wound at that point.
Not once did a waiter talk to us. They brought us our food and check and that was it. Even sitting there for half an hour with an empty tray, nothing. After we finished our meal, nothing. We waited about ten minutes to see if a waiter was willing to offer more wings, but after nobody came, we decided to just pay and leave. So in the end we waited about an hour for 10 Buffalo Bit- err, "wings," and left hungry and dissatisfied after paying essentially twice as much for about 10 wings. But at that point, we'd been here for well over an hour. I noticed that they were preparing takeout orders like crazy though... maybe it will be in this location's best interest to close the restaurant and become a ghost kitchen instead? Clearly the customers dinging in don't matter, so why not just focus on the only thing coming out of the kitchen consistently entirely? Maybe that was like the point. It's National Wing Day so the people inside don't' matter as much as takeout orders? Regardless, kind of weird the place wasn't even completely packed and barely capable of servicing the people inside it...
0/10. I have many regrets, ranging from "I came here wanting to treat my girlfriend to something nice" to "Wish I had taken a picture of the pathetic small fry servings so I could've posted it...
Read moreArrived at restaurant around 8:20pm. Was not particularly busy with lots of available seating. Our booth had not been cleaned. Salt and pepper coates the table top and one of the benches was sticky. The hostess came over and apologized and cleanes it off. I noted the pepper shaker was missing the top and was sitting there, open. Yuck! Was not brought menus until 10 minutes later. Ordered a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and fired pickles. Waited for almost an hour and no food. Finally had to flag waitress down and ask where our food was. She went to check and brought it out a minute layer. Food was actually barely warm (almost cold). It's clear it had been sitting on the counter for a long, long time. My burger was missing most of the fries (probably 1/3 of what should have been there. The chicken sandwich had slightly more fries, but not much. My daughter's chicken sandwich had a long strand of hair in it. Wiatress did not bring ketchup and disappeared for awhile. I had to get up and ask the pickup window for ketchup since there were none on the tables. Waitress finally came and I complained politely about the food. The manager came and was very apologetic and comped us the chesseburger and chicken sandwich as well as offered to remake the food. We accepted the comp but told him it was not necessary to remake the food at this point. Manager did thw right things. About 15 minutes later, manager came back and said, "I was told you were asking for a manager?" This was odd... I said, "No, we talked to you a few minutes ago and did not ask to talk to you again." Turns out he went to the wrong table and had been asked to go to another close to us. He apologized and I believe the other table was also having issues with either the food, service, or both. When waitress brought the bill, she claimed this was her first day, but I don't believe her. She would have been shadowed if it was. All in all, this experience ruined BWW for me and my family. I used to love BWW but hadn't been in a couple of years. I hate to say it, but I may never go back to BWW ever again. The manager did handle our issues appropriately and was very polite, but one has to wonder why the front of the house is in such bad shape. He was nowhere to be seen until called upon from multiple tables. I can only ascertain that this particular restaurant is...

I wish I could find a mangers email or contact info so I didn't have to write a review. I hate complaing and am not picky. Been going here since open years ago. Been a downward slide. This review is specifcally about lack of quality control for PICK UP/ Delivery ORDERS.
Time 1: I order delivery at 11 after coaching a Football game. Order says received and was paid for. Est. Delivery time 1215am. I wait up. I'm starving just never comes. I call. Apparently they closed but my order was accepted but no one bothered to make it, bring it, cancel it or even bother to call me. Just accepted my money for nothing. Wasted an hour the next day dealing with it and getting my money back for wings I wanted to pay for but never got.
Time 2. Food delivered late again. 40 wings ACTUALLY come. No bluecheese or Ranch. 65$ order I am Offered a refund of 5 dollars. Seriously wings with no dressing is not good to me thats why I ordered dressing. I had to drive and get my own at the store. Delivery and tip and freshness out the window there.
TODAY 6/13/22 10:50 PM. 20 wings. MEDIUM AND SPICY Garlic. Ordered PICK UP and checked. It was all there. Get home and Gosh darn there is legit almost NO sauce on the wings. I can deal with a little sauce, I can deal with a lot of sauce and anywhere in between. But, BONE DRY, HARD, LEATHERY WINGS??? Just zero quality control, i wish they'd fix it,. When they are right the wings are good. It would take an extra 2 seconds and just a tad bit of caring from employees or a manager . But I'm done. I'm mad. Tired of paying for bad chicken wing roulette. I'll drive 5 times as far and go to Gators.
SEE PIC which doesn't do it justice either. I would say 10% of normal sauce amount went on these. Been Frustrating and expensive hoping it'd get...
