Have purchased a Fridge as well as a washer/dryer set from them.
I’ve read a lot of poor reviews about customer service but there aren’t many options in the area, so I bought a fridge from them and waited about 4 months before returning to buy the washer/dryer. - to kind of “make sure”
The fridge cost me $400 (with delivery included - I think) It’s a pretty nice model with a freezer drawer base. Definitely got a deal on it.
They warned me the freezer door might stick on occasion but I’ve never had that problem. The fridge and freezer work great. I have not had any issue with functionality other than the door lights not turning on sometimes, which has always happened and I imagine I could have reported that to them to have them fix it, but just never cared to. It doesn’t bother me much at all.
So, I went back for a washer and dryer. This time, I spent $690 with delivery & installation included. These are matching units, making a set. This was a pretty decent deal, as well.
They’ve called about 30 minutes prior to arrival both deliveries. They are quick once arrived. Both deliveries took no longer than 15 minutes, but they lack much “filter” so if foul language is something that offends you, plan to have some Christian lullabies playing on the TV or something cause when they brought my fridge, the two guys cussed at least 76 times coming up the stairs leading to my door. Ultimately I consider this understandable- it’s a big 3 door fridge and there’s at least 15 stairs.. I’m just adding this to my review incase you’ve got the church folk over for Bible study the day they’ll be delivering- you might wanna reschedule the study session. Lol.
My washer did not function. I attempted to run it 3 times before texting the number provided via the delivery receipt. I received an immediate response asking diagnostic questions and once it was determined we couldn’t resolve via text- a maintenance visit was scheduled within 48 of that moment. This alone, absolutely shattered my fear about all these poor reviews regarding bad customer service. I don’t see how someone could have came to such a conclusion… I think it was Alex I was texting with- totally professional. Was straightforward with asking questions and did not hesitate to recommend someone be sent over. I didn’t need to ask.
A man came by as scheduled and was able to resolve the issue without any hassle. It was as simple as elevating a hose that was over looked by the installer who had confused the model for an older one which makes sense because my basement is fairly dark.
I have since had zero issues with any of the appliances I have purchased.

I specifically asked them if they would trade my working GE electric dryer that was in excellent operating condition. Minor scratches and scuffs. I asked because it wouldn't fit in my doors of my home. They insulted me at their place if business saying my dryer was just junk. Yet they had several of the same dryer on their floor. They were the absolute rudest people I've ever met at a place of business. Also a side note I bought a fridge from them several years ago and had no issues that's why I went back. But this time it's like they lost their respect for customers and would rather insult their customers intelligence rather than listen and try to make a deal. They told me my dryer was only worth $39 lmfao yet they have the same or similar marked in the $200-300 range.
