Verizon — Local services in Wheeling

Hmmm! Not a good visit. I have been a customer of att for a VERY long time and have had spectacular service from them. My husband and I went into this Verizon store because he finally got on my Att phone plan. We went in to return a piece of equipment. The two people working were both very rude and seemed bother by us entering the store. I think we broke up their boredom and they didn’t like that. We asked if there would be a refund for what my husband had overpaid on his phone plan and were told that they couldn’t tell us. The man working looked up from the picture he was drawing and told the woman working to get us a phone number to call. The phone number what not the number we needed to call. This was by far the best experience we've ever had with any Verizon store! Not only were they very knowledgeable they are unbelievable helpfull they went above and beyond, when we left my husband's phone could not make calls everything else worked just fine it would go straight to a error code so I returned to figure out was going on and Torre spent the next 35 min on hold with customer service for us so we could figure it out and it was nothing to do with the phone but actually Verizon. Good customer service, but that's about it. Very limited selection of phones and accessories. Because they are not owned by Verizon, they do not honour the same sales and promotions that Verizon advertises. Way overpriced. They did not give me any problem returning a crappy phone charger I had bought there for almost $40 (and they were very helpful the day i bought it), so like i said, good customer service, but I would recommend driving a few extra miles to the Verizon store at...
