ordered on 01/19/16, some guy took our order for a large iced cap, when we got to the window some girl with an attitude charged me $ 7 and something, usually you get the total when you order, not at this place, you get total at the window....I never get a large so I wasn't sure how much, she started talking about small and 2 donuts and I said no, large iced cap, whats is in your hand, it took her 3 min to figure it out... , she tried handing me a small bag, I said whats in the bag I ordered coffee ?? she turned asking who took this order and I finally said you're holding what I ordered, by now there are 5 cars behind me in drive thru, the manager or stupidvisor comes over with his hat on crooked like a wigger and says looks like we owe you some money, they the 2 of them tried to figure out why the price was what it was, he tried to hand me the same bag as the girl did and I had to explain it all over again, I finally said just give me 2 chocolate donuts and we'll call it even, he handed me the same bag that both of them tried to give me which contained 2 Boston creme...at this point I was pissed and said whatever took the bag and left.... the white trash crew screwed up my order and I waited almost 10 min in the drive thru,
here is the best part.....had 4 horrible days of diarrhea and finally went to Med Express on 1/22 with serious dehydration and stomach pain, they suggested I go to Wheeling Hospital where they did a cat scan and figured out I must have had food poisoning. They suggested we call the health Dept, but I didn't want to get into that and in a small town like Wheeling I didn't want the idiot crew messin with my coffee should I ever...
Read moreThis is one of the only Tim Horton we ever visit, but we go here every time we are in town. We always enjoy the chili that we get here. We also enjoy the basic sandwiches that you can find here. Our favorite thing to do here is to get the donuts and bring them back to our hotel. They have a nice selection of freshly made donuts.I am quite picky about donuts I will eat and I will not eat them if they are not good because they are just extra calories, but I have never turned down a donut here! They also have a few choices of donut holes. The cream sticks and custard donuts are some of my favorites here. We were visiting in town for the oglebay light show. The employees here are all very friendly. They are also helpful and letting you know times to visit the light show. One of the employees was telling us good weekends to visit and not visit because of times the line for the light show backs up all the way into the street. We did not ask for help the employees were just genuinely friendly and were asking us if we were visiting in town, and started talking to us about relevant information that we were...

Although they had a very good doughnut selection as you'd expect, if you prefer tea over coffee, then this isn't your cup of tea. At first, I was hoping to get an iced chai latte, but I didn't see that on the menu. My next choice which I though I'd seen, but had read incorrectly, was an iced matcha latte. It turned out what I had read was for an iced mocha latte which I did not want. instead, I ended up going with unsweetened iced tea which may be healthier than the first two beverages I mentioned, but it wasn't what I wanted. Since I got a box of a dozen doughnuts to go and a cup to carry my iced tea, I theoretically needed a bag (assuming it had handles) to carry the box of doughnuts. Instead, I had to make two trips to my car (one for the doughnuts, another for the iced tea). You may wonder why I didn't use the drive-thru, but it's because I wanted to see which doughnuts were in stock as this was my first time at a...
