As a pizza and wings ethusiast, after my experience today at this very poorly ( an understatement) run Papa Johns I'm afraid I'll probably never go to another Papa Johns again. Go to the Subway next doors!!!! I would go to Papa Johns every tournament place I went to and I would usually be very satisfied with the service but this time it completely changed my views around. So dear manager Michael Swisher, you would think he would've played basketball instead:(, but he was here barely running this very poorly organized pizza shop. I went to this disgusting, stenchy, sticky floored place around 6pm. I made a simple order of wings and 2 small pizzas, and the very rude person who took my order told me it would be about 15 min. So I came back about 20 minutes later, and they told me it wasn't ready. That's ok because a typical well ran pizza place maybe like 10 minutes off schedule but this very poorly ran place ended up giving me my order more than an hour later. Some of the employees were very rude, especially the large dude with glasses he threw down my pizza and wings on the counter and rolled his eyes and just walked away. This place reminded me of one of those camels in the Sahara dessert, the camels walk 4 steps in 2 minutes and often sit down to rest. Those camels are in blistering heat while these in unorganized lazy sloths, in very ugly hats, are working like their half asleep and it took 5 people just to make on medium sized pizza. Then a very big and large guy that worked there came in the door and started to help the workers. So I asked on the workers that how much longer it was going to take, she told me that they messed up my order and it was gonna take about 5 min, which was a total lie. I thought at least the manager was going to come out and apologize to at least 5 people waiting for their order that they ordered 45 minutes ago. But no, there was no apology and they seem to got mad at us for not waiting patiently after 1 hour. Overall. I would not recommend this place to anyone who would want a fast delivery of pizza, but if you actually do have all day, you're going to need all the time you have, then I may still not recommend this place because they're still going to be to slow. Please just go to the subway next door. It's healthier and it's fast. They also have...

On a general basis, I give the place 4 stars because it's the same as almost every other food business: there are plenty of days where things get screwed up, such as your order being wrong/messed up or simply not as you thought it would be. The solution? You call and SAY SOMETHING at that time! They WILL replace it, so long as you give the initial product back.
The ridiculous prices? You find out your sale days!! I didn't live around this location long, but I do know that whenever 2 certain teams played & won, pizzas were 50% off the next day! The only time I ever ate pizza from this place, as I'm not a fan of pizza to begin with, was when those sales went on, which was often during the college semester I was up there.
On delivery: you have to realize that on certain days, there WILL be a higher wait time. For example, I know it snows and roads can ice up there. You need to come to understand that the drivers need to drive safely during those conditions and that you most definitely are not the only person/people to have the idea of "just have something delivered" due to crappy weather. I've had to make other arrangements (meaning actually cook for myself that night and not take the easy way out) because the weather was so bad, the drivers couldn't get there safely so they had to close delivery down to that area! How did they KNOW to close it? Usually a driver came back with a story of sliding, or worse: they actually wrecked! Friend was an employee when this all happened, I was so shocked because apparently it got worse by the terrible attitudes from the customers because they really expected drivers to go through all of that to usually not get tipped well, if at all, for the added danger of braving the inconvenient conditions.
As for delivery fees being high, I do agree but also hope people know: that is NOT a tip to your driver! It says that on all of the boxes!! The drivers ONLY get what...
Read moreToday I ordered from this Papa Johns since I had a coupon. My order was a delivery order and upon delivery my pizza box was smashed in and my pizza was heavily disfigured. Upon opening it we also realized the pizza was also cold. Non of this was mentioned upon delivery. The pizza for some reason also had the toppings baked underneath the cheese which we found slightly odd. As it was not ordered this way. So not really sure what was going on there...the pizza itself was mediocre at best. The chicken poppers are no better than walmart deli chicken poppers (acturally deli chicken may be better). Honestly the only reason they have more than one star in my rating is because the delivery was within 40 minutes and the garlic knots ordered were honestly very good. If you must order from here just go pick it up. But the pizza was a let down compared to my memory of Papa johns pizza. So I personally would just go to a different...
