Kohl's — Local services in White Lake Charter Township

uhm, it was around Fathers Day. let me start with....they always have coupons ON KOHLS WEBSITE!!! Kohls had their scratch-off coupon deal get %15-30 off! If you have a Kohls card open. I told the guy at the register I'm a kohls member with a Kohls card and I would like to do the scratch off...he proceeds to tell me I have to have the coupon...I showed him my phone ..Where it SAYS ..IF YOU HAVE A KOHLS CHARGE YOU COULD GET %15-30 BY DOING A SCRATCH OFF.

He still proceeds to tell me I NEED THE COUPON...which makes no sense because I know he has the scratch off stickers and HE AS AN KOHLS EMPLOYEE . IS SUPPOSED TO LET ME PICK OR HAND ME ONE TO SCRATCH OFF.

At that point, I was over the situation but my boyfriend was not...he asked the women standing at another register about the coupon promotion and if they were supposed to hand us a scratch off sticker

She says YES WE ARE. AND PROCEEDS TO HOLD UP HER SCRATCH-OFFS.

THE.GUY. Standing at my register then proceeds to GRAB HIS SCRATCH OFF COUPONS. ROLLS HIS EYES. AND SAYS PICK ONE AND THEN THROWS A PENNY AT ME...... HMMMMM. HOW NICE OF HIM

I'm sorry I can't say anything good about my trip to Kohl's, White Lake should be a minus 5 in my opinion....this day was a friends & Family sale. I was there about 7pm (open till midnight I think).. imagine the worst garage sale you have been to.. clothes piled up on tables, everything disarray. NO help, again I repeat No help.. I did manage to coral someone near jewelry counter..asking directions, in middle of our conversation when she saw someone she knew and rushed over to give them a hug. I said excuse me I'm looking for the kiosk, oh it's in the middle of the aisle somewhere, well it was not. The store was not busy..only 2 on front check out, but no waiting..Kohl's were was all your help..Helloooo, big sale going on. Your inventory laying piled up on tables..I WILL NOT BE BACK. Amazon looking good, but wouldn't it be nice to actually have local...

I stopped in here to waste some time while waiting to meet a friend this afternoon. Had about an hour to burn. After about 15 minutes I needed to go to the bathroom. I asked an employee where the restrooms were and I was informed "they are broken", I responded with "all of them?" "Yeah"... ARE YOU SERIOUS? A department store where every restroom is out of service? I can understand a stall or say a mens or ladies room but all of them? Mens, ladies, handicapped, family restrooms, ALL OF THEM. I do not frequent Kohl's as a customer and now I remember why. The "sale" prices are far from a deal. 60% off and the swimming shorts are still $45? I can tell you I'm selling a 10 year old car for 100k and then offer you a 90% discount and it's still 10k for a $5,000 car. The "deals" are for impulse buyers. My rant is over Kohl's... pathetic,...
