Glacier Restaurant Group — Local services in Whitefish

We went to the restaurant today around 5pm. We were seated almost immediately by a friendly member of the bar staff. She told us a server would be right over. There were 2 occupied tables in the dining room and I assume guests also on the patio. We ended up leaving the restaurant without dining because we never received any service. After more than 15 minutes waiting, my husband and I both tried to get the attention of one of the servers. There were several standing around visiting. The couple at the table near us were also grumbling. Finally my husband was so frustrated we decided to go next door for dinner at another place. As we walked out, one of the staff thanked us for dining with them. As we had never gotten an opportunity to order, i told her our situation. She apologized.
