LITERALLY GOT POISONED. I used to go here a lot as a child, now I’m an adult & 30 weeks pregnant and decided to go back again! Service was incredibly odd…only 1 other table in the restaurant when we sat down, took 10 minutes to get menus and then he came over 15 minutes later to take our full order. No drink order. That’s whatever to me, what was odd is that he could not face our table and stood diagonally to it almost as if he was trying to rush away the entire time…this was EVERY time he was at the table. I asked if he has any gluten free options, he said “almost anything can be gluten free.” Okay cool…so I just stuck to what I know and ordered a pad Thai gluten free. Food comes quick and it’s good! 3 more tables have been sat and he’s super chatty with all of them, still cannot even look at us though. (Just my mom, 2 year old and I by the way). Well we go to check out and my mom asks the owner, who’s also doing the cash outs how she gets her orchids to do so well, she responds with “I don’t know. They just do.” And has a HORRIBLE tone. If she was our server I would’ve left. My mom compliments them and she just nods at us. No language barrier by the way. Anyways, I’m 30 weeks pregnant and spent two entire days in and out of the hospital completely suffering because he fed me gluten. Whether he did it on purpose or carelessly forgot to put “GLUTEN FREE” on my order; I suffered severely. We thought I had listeria, we checked for preterm labor, a TON of lab work trying to figure out why I’m in severe pain to the point I cannot walk. I hope you read this and take people’s allergies more cautiously. I had to call out of work, I couldn’t take care of my daughter, I literally spent two days in a HOSPITAL because of what you guys did. Needless to say-I will never...

This is OK but not excellent Asian food. It is what you get from a family-owned place with actual freshly prepared food but somewhat imperfect recipes and cooks that has been around for many years as the old stand-by restaurant in a small town. The ingredients are actually fresh. It is not authentically Thai or Vietnamese but the pho was decent. Portions are good-sized, as you would expect in Whitefish. There are things that are more Chinese than they should be, like the Vietnamese noodle bowl. The egg rolls are not the Vietnamese kind, with rice paper wrapping deep fried, they are Chinese. The sauce is not punchy, kind of bland. But there is some authentically Asian flavor in here. I didn't try it, but I don't think that you should expect good Thai food here, Chinese dishes seem like a better bet. It feels clean and well-run and service is...

Food is okay but that's the only tolerable thing about this place. The customer service is as poor as it can get. The lady at the restaurant is not welcoming and rude to say the least. We were shown our table and asked for water, which we got after 15 mins of wait. Then after 10 mins someone comes to take our order again in the most lethargic way possible. We got our food after 45 mins and the shop was not even busy. The lady in the restaurant was on phone whenever she was taking our orders or serving. She was tossing the food while serving. Never came in to check if everything was okay and never made an eye contact. The staff was good with the local people who were regular visitors but tourists seem to be treated in the worst way possible. Would never...

Truly the worse “Chinese” food we have ever had. I am not sure where to start because we couldn’t eat it. I should have gone back and asked for a refund! We ordered General Tsao chicken and chicken with broccoli both with fried rice and a side order of egg rolls. The General Tsao was fried in very old oil that was smoky and burnt tasting, it was dried out, bland apart from the old oil taste. I couldn’t go past the first bite. The fried rice was dry and bland. The egg rolls were just disgusting. The chicken and broccoli was palatable. We asked for house mustard and we got a gold blob in the middle of something thick so we didn’t try it. I honestly don’t know how this restaurant is in business.

Ordered teriyaki chicken with just bok choy and white rice and it was sooo good! They cook fresh here. Will have it again for sure. Service was friendly and helpful, though they don't clear plates away like we do in America, annoying to try to talk over dirty plates. Prices were a bit steep. The fried rice was not good. It didn't even seem like Asian fried rice at all, more like rice-a-roni "fried rice". This last time we went they are cheaping out on the shrimp in the spring rolls, CUTTING THEM IN HALF! I do not remember ever having HALF shrimps in spring rolls before. NOT ok! Sharing photo.
